Operating a business in the real world is definitely a hard experience which requires a lot of skill and perseverance but it can also be one of most rich and rewarding experiences you may ever have also.

 

There is no denying that the company registration in Thailand is tough but it is ultimately that way for your own protection and to make sure that the country of Thailand is protected from too much foreign investment also which means that jobs are then not taken away from Thai people.  One way you can help pass the company registration in Thailand is to make sure that your company is providing services that cannot be done by a Thai person which means, for example, a language school teaching English is better as a business than a supermarket.  But either way, as long as you make sure all steps of the company registration in Thailand is followed you should soon be on your way to success with your own business.
