Importance of right sleep

Sleep is very important for the body. If we do not sleep properly than it greatly affects our productivity, concentration and we are likely to make more mistakes, which affect our work. Research shows that how we feel next day depends on the sleep that we had one night before. Sleep affects our mood, performance and behavior. Improper sleep makes us function at level which is far below as compared to our optimal level. Proper sleep makes the person happy, creative, motivated and healthy. It also helps the person feel recharged and ready to work for the next day. To remain healthy one should sleep for right amount of time and sleep on the right surface of the body. At least 7-8 hours of sleep is very necessary for anyone to remain healthy and happy. Good quality sleep and high productivity goes hand in hand. Less sleep affects nervous system and decision-making. Sleep for proper time is also good for the beauty, one can really look good when sleeps for good amount of time as sleep relaxes the body and muscles. Working hard and sleeping less is like burning the candle both the ends. Sleeping less makes you feel drowsy; one becomes more susceptible to infection and has negative impact on cognitive functioning and mood.

How sleeplessness can be reduced:

There can be many causes of sleeplessness which includes food intolerance, depression, blood sugar fluctuations, hormone imbalance, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, lack of exercise and excessive stress, all these causes can be diagnosed and can be taken care of with the help of the doctor. It can also be reduced by improving the diet, include various vitamins, minerals and various herbs that help to reduce sleeplessness. Include exercise and yoga in the daily routine to sleep well and stay healthy.

Importance of right bed to sleep:

Sleeping at the right kind of bed helps to get better and deep sleep, it minimizes tossing and turning and also provides better support weight and pressure distribution which makes blood circulation good. Right kind of sleeping system provides right support to minimize pressure to acceptable levels of different body types and sleeping postures.
