Many people know what a liqueur is, but do you know the difference between a fruit-based tropical liqueur and an alcoholic beverage? A fruit-based liqueur can be described as a distilled alcohol that has been flavored with extracts of fruits or herbs.
Midori - Midori is a melon liqueur made from the honeydew melon. It is a sweet liqueur that was invented in Japan. Midori has an appearance of being green which gives it its name.
Creme de Cassis - A blackcurrant-based liqueur made from the juice and pulp of crushed berries, including blackcurrants and redcurrants. It has a dark brown color with a crimson sheen.
Tuaca Italian Liqueur - Tuaca is an American brand of flavored liqueurs produced by Brown-Forman Corporation since 1999, where it continues to be marketed as Tuaca.
Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur - Frangelico is a hazelnut cream liquor developed in Saronno, Italy that derives its flavor from roasted semi-wild Canadian hazelnuts (Filberts).
Limoncello - Limoncello is a traditional Italian digestif. It is a lemon liqueur made with grain alcohol and infused with sugar, water, and the zest of Femminello or Sfusato Lemons.
Grand Marnier - A French orange-flavored cognac liqueur that was developed in 1880 by Alexandre Marnier-Lapostolle (1854–1946) who later sold the recipe to Louis-Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle.

Triple Sec - Triple Sec is made in the French manner using curacao oranges and is used to make many cocktails like the Margarita or Cosmopolitan.
Cointreau - Cointreau is a liqueur of orange flavor, about 40% alcohol by volume (80 proof) produced in Angers, France.
