Phuket province is one of the southern provinces of Thailand and has Phang Nga and Krabi as its neighbors.  Approximately the size of Singapore, this is Thailand’s largest island and is also referred to as ‘The Pearl of Andaman'. It effectively generates a lot of tourism with holiday rentals in Thailand and Phuket rentals being very successful owing to its natural beauty and tourism potential. White sandy beaches and a green mountainous interior provide beautiful scenery.

Climate

Phuket experiences a tropical climate with the dry season from November to April and the rainy season from May to October. Even in the rainy season there are still sunny days and blue skies. The average temperatures are consistent all year round with highs  not rising above 33 ºC and lows never dropping below 23 ºC.

Economy

Tin mining has been the main source of income since the sixteenth century. However in the modern times, the economy rests on two things; rubber trees and tourism. One can easily find many websites that cater to Holiday Rentals Phuket and Phuket Vacation Rentals to entice customers with their attractive offers. When it comes to holiday villas, Phuket has hundreds of properties offering an alternative to staying in a hotel. You can book Phuket Villa Rentals and Long Term Villa Rentals Phuket at prices to suit all budgets.
