Avoid exercise near bed time

Sleep is important for the overall health of the body. An average adult needs seven to eight hours of sleep and sleeping for less period of time will harm the health of the body. Sleep deprivation affect mental alertness, reduces the immune ability of the body and even increases the risk of getting affected by many diseases. Body needs sleep as much as it needs food and water; it is the biological need of the body. Deprivation from proper sleep negatively affects the creativity, alertness, decision making, memory power and cognitive abilities.

Insufficient amount of sleep makes the person drowsy, decreases the concentration power and can seriously diminish the immune system. Mood changes frequently and these factors contribute to reduction in quality of life. It can decrease body temperature, lower the release of growth hormone and cause an increase in heart rate and blood pressure.

Rules of exercise:

Exercise is important for maintaining good mental and physical health. One should exercise daily according to his ability to remain healthy and maintain good life. Exercise helps the system of fatigue. A balance between being active and rest should be maintained, a level should be found out to the extend you can exercise according to the physical ability and need of body to exercise.
Seeking help of doctor and for right exercise is good option.

1. Exercising regularly such as walking reduces fatigue, nausea, vomiting sensation, tension level that will help to have better sleep.
2. Plan for a light exercise in your routine and if it is not possible stay active in the daily routine.
3. Give attention on reaction of the body by doing exercise like how do you feel next day and accordingly one can plan the schedule for exercise.
4. Plenty of water intakes should be there before and after exercise.
5. Record the exercising activity and decide the level and the kind of exercise your body needs with the help of the doctor.
6. Exercise in a way that will help muscles to recover after activity.
7. Avoid exercise near bed time; no exercise should be done atleast three hours before bed time.
