Year 2003 – New area was explored in the area of financial services, which is Title insurance. Title plant building project was handled for one of the biggest clients in US which works for Title Insurance Underwriters. Project on Property tax searches and flood zone determination was handled for largest clients in the field of US mortgages.
Year 2004 – Kicked off tax research services. Won deals and started work with top 4 US Title Insurance Underwriters. A package of services which included keying of policies, current owner search and handling tax certificates were offered to Title Insurance client which result in expansion of business. Rise in the competencies of Title Insurance skills by endorsing prelims and commitment report to offer service to largest US Underwriter client.
Year 2005 – launch of SLK Global’s second service centre in another city
Year 2006 – Signed off partnership deal with leading regional US bank to handle their Check processing services. Expansion into Financial services Cash management services and Commercial banking services. Also launch of retail banking services for US clients.
Year 2007 – This year SLK Global started customer support services for US clients in the area of Commercial banking.
Year 2008 – SLK Global launched its service centre in third city and added a feather to its cap by winning deal with another largest US Title Insurance Underwriter company. Also the company added Mortgage origination services and added extra know-how in the field of consumer lending and mortgage services area. An expansion in banking lines business by started handling Card services for clients.
Year 2009 – a dedicated delivery centre for banks was set up and also the banking services expanded in the areas of Account reconciliation, Investment advisory, Consumer and commercial lending. SLK Global accomplishes certification in ISO 27001:2005 (Information Security Management System) and ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System)
Year 2010 – External corporate audit completed and Regulation AB Audit for loans and mortgage was successfully concluded. BPO Outsourcing services were also offered to non-banks mortgage lenders within US.
Year 2011 – Addition of clientele like mortgage compliance service provider, mortgage processing and settlement services. Also company introduced risk and management and compliance services for banks.
Year 2012 – BPO Outsourcing services were now offered to UK client; exploring a new geography. This was first voice based services offered by SLK Global.
Year 2013 – SLK Global’s US centre got operational
