One good exercise is to sit upright, tilt the head back, look at the ceiling, keep lips closed and start a chewing movement. Repeat this 20 times. Or begin puckering the lips in a kiss and stretch the kiss in a mode to kiss the ceiling. Keep the lips puckered for 10 counts. In the same position, open the lips and move the tongue out as though your try is to touch the chin with the tip of the tongue. Keep the tongue in this mode for a count of 10 and then return the tongue and head to the normal position. Then, move the lower lip over the top lip to a maximum and keep it for a count of 5. Stay in a lying position over the bed with the head hanging down over the edge. Slowly, move the head towards the torso and keep it for 10 counts.

Lips facial exercises
