Flower of Life expressions in nature

The Flower of Life is the name given to a mystical geometrical figure that is composed of several evenly-arranged, overlapping circles. It has seven or more intersecting circles of the same diameter that overlap in a way that the center of every circle lies on the circumference of 6 surrounding circles. The surrounding circles might not be completely drawn and thus, the Flower of Life is made of circles and lenses/arcs. The figure is supposed to be a symbol of sacred geometry that is a sacred depiction of the fundamental forms of time and space. It is believed to contain the building blocks of life in the universe and represents the source of all life as well as their inter-connectivity. Several figures and patterns like the Seed of Life, Egg of Life, Tree of Life, Fruit of Life, Platonic Solids, Metatron’s Cube, Golden Mean, etc. are claimed to have been derived from the Flower of Life. All these figures are supposed to represent specific spiritual beliefs.

Since ages, man has believed that the Almighty has based the creation of the universe on a geometric plan. This belief is backed by the occurrence (with amazing consistency) of certain patterns in nature. These sacred geometric & mathematical proportions, ratios and harmonics have been found in natural life, light, music, cosmology, etc. The single geometric pattern from which all creation comes out is the Flower of Life. This image manifests in physical reality, thoughts, emotions, and a lot more. It contains 13 informational systems that offer access to every reality, including the human body and the cosmic galaxies.

A single consciousness is behind all creation. All life forms emerge from timeless geometric patterns/codes supposed to be hidden in the Flower of Life that has been made by Spirit. A whole lot of things in the natural environment mimic the pattern of the Flower of Life, like the honey comb, snowflakes, etc. From the great cosmos, galaxies and stars that we spin around to our DNA strands, flower petals, pine cones, tree branches, nautilus shells, diamond crystals or the most miniscule life particles, everything is based on the same sacred geometry principles.

The Egg of Life symbol resembles the shape of a multicellular embryo in the early hours of creation. Another sacred figure is the Fibonacci sequence. Biological occurrences such as arrangement of leaves on the stem, pineapple fruitlets, tree branching, flowering of artichokes, spirals of seeds on sunflower head, number of male & female honeybees in a beehive are some examples of the Fibonacci sequence present in nature. The ‘Crop Circles’, the sizable patterns resulting from the flattening of crop that have appeared in different parts of the world are observed to follow the Flower of Life pattern. Many believe that these crop circles have been created by the ETs or aliens. This gives rise to the belief that this scared geometrical concept that is related to the ultimate Creator is also known to the higher life-forms (aliens).

The Flower of Life symbol has been revered by cultures across the world throughout history as a symbol of essence of life. The geometric patterns & structures that it contains are held to be the constant source of life and have facilitated diverse designs all over the cosmos. The distances between the stars, moons and planets, proportions of human body, pine cone arrangements and other biological settings, all reflect origins in the divine Flower of Life image.
