While The team which is at the losing end is give a difficult hard working tiring work, like cleaning all the kitchens, washing the restaurant's table clothes by hand, or cutting and preparing the raw ingredients for the next food service for the kitchens.

 

The other cooking task is to arrange for a complete service at the dinner. In each team, the chefs are allocated the responsibility in different areas stations, such as garnishing, appetizer area. Both teams are told to serve an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert to each diner, with food prepared to Ramsay's strict rules and regulations. Ramsay wanted that all food stuff should be prepared and served within the given time limit according to his standards. If one chef is face any kind of problem performing the task, Ramsay told them to left the kitchen, asking the rest of the team to make up for their absence
