Smoking:

Tobacco smoke contains several harmful and toxic substances. Smoking or even inhaling the smoke of burning tobacco is harmful for the fertility not only in women but also in men and also has a permanent negative impact. In women, smoking causes the defect of menstruation and may affect the entire reproductive system. Smoking causes a considerable reduction in a woman’s fertility and has a negative impact on the woman’s ability to get pregnant. They almost have only 50% chances to become pregnant.

Use of Alcohol:

Alcohol consumption also affects the overall infertility in both men and women. Consumption of alcohol may cause sluggish movement of the sperm and sometimes even decrease the sperm count. There are various other effects of alcohol and smoking on fertility and none of them are good. The couple, which is trying to have a baby should limit the alcohol consumption during the conceiving period.
