Some of these offers may require the consumer pay a small fee for shipping and handling, but usually these fees cost less than five dollars and in rare cases, up to $19. However, once the required number of offers are completed and the consumer has redeemed the voucher for the free laptop, the consumer can opt out or cancel his or her product and service orders. Sometimes, if the order or service is canceled within a week, a refund payment may be made to the consumer.
