As a rule, every people must maintain self-cleanliness and healthiness. Each person is responsible for his/her own body. That is why he/she must take every measure to properly take care of it. If one does not do this, his/her body will be more susceptible to disease and illness.

Proper hygiene is one way to maintain the cleanliness of our body. There are several ways that we must do in order to maintain this. Below are just some of the things you must know in order for you to maintain good hygiene of your body.

             Brush your teeth two to three times a day. Use a soft bristled toothbrush because it won’t irritate your gums. Also, use toothpaste that has fluoride on it to make your teeth strong and whiter. You must also floss your teeth to get rid of residues that are stuck in between your teeth.              Always wash your face regularly. Use a mild cleansing soap to your face to clean it. If you have a sensitive skin, you can use a hypoallergenic soap for cleaning it or you can ask opinion from a dermatologist to know what the right soap for your skin type is.

             Wash your hands every time you handle something. In this way, you can minimize acquisition of germs and infections.

             Keep your nails short because a long nail easily traps dirt on it.

             Take a bath on a regular basis.
