In the busy life the human being hardly gets time for entertainment. Watching television is a mode of entertainment. Due to busy schedule people don’t get time for exercising also which is necessary for good health. Skipping is a good exercise to remain healthy. Regular skipping will burn the calories and the person will not put on extra weight and avoid the possibility of getting affected by other diseases like diabetes, blood pressure and many more. Skipping is an easy exercise which can be done easily even by small kids.
Advantages of skipping while watching television
As watching television for entertainment and exercising for healthy body is important. Watching television increases the chances of diseases like obesity, diabetes and many more. While watching television person also tend to eat more and even get attracted towards junk food which further increases the chances of bad health. The best way is to exercise while watching television. This will keep the person healthy and he can also watch his favorite television program and also the news. Watching television while exercising will act as an incentive for exercising regularly. This practice of exercising regularly will have positive impact on heath. Healthy body will help to work more efficiently without any problem. This practice will also avoid the guilt feeling of watching television for long hours. Skipping is an easy exercise which does not require much concentration and can be easily done while watching television.
Disadvantages of skipping while watching television
In modern times houses are very small and skipping requires lot of space. Skipping while watching television will reduce the speed of skipping. The person will watch television more then concentrating on the exercising. Every exercise however easy it may be requiring some concentration to have more positive impact. Before exercising with rope make sure that there is enough space for skipping. The expensive show pieces kept in living room may get destroyed with the rope. Exercise should be done in open space as more oxygen is required. Exercising while watching television do not allow the person exercising to breath more oxygen and remain healthy.
