Let me ask you, who wants to be fat? For sure no one wants to. By being fat, you cannot wear tight fitting clothes, walk for a long distances because you get tired easily, and also, you are prone to different kinds of diseases associated with being overweight and/or obese.

Also avoid the things that can make you fat such as sweets and high caloric foods, although you can still eat some but for a little amount only. Also increase your activity so that your excess fats are being burned. You can go to the gym so that you can have a planned workout or you can also stay at home doing some do-it-yourself exercise. You can watch exercise videos where you can follow their workout regimen. Simple things such as sweeping the floor, washing clothes, and getting your dog for a walk at the park can also help you burn out those fats.
